We are a full service shop specializing in the sale and repair of rare and contemporary violins, violas, cellos and their bows. We have more than one hundred years of combined training and experience in the esoteric restoration of old instruments. We provide insurance appraisals as well as instrument certification. John C. Safian, is the owner and operator of Wamsley Violins. He has been in the violin business for over 25 years. Our friend and colleague, Ken Jacobs, brings his more than fifty years of experience as our instrument identification expert, especially in the identification of fine bows.
